Description
Creates a new WordPress user and adds the new user to the runtime context as newuser.
Notifications
Use the Notify dropdown to determine if the standard WordPress notification emails should be sent out to the site administrator, the new user or both. Note that the standard user notification contains a set/reset password link, so the password set in the action will likely be changed/overwritten by the user.
